Shipping Policy
Our shipping locations are based in Melbourne and Sydney, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Orders with stock on hand will be dispatched within 48 hours of placing your order, Monday through Thursday. Orders placed after 4:30 PM Friday, on a public holiday or over the weekend will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
Orders where the stock is with the supplier, will be dispatched within 1 to 3 weeks. Please check Apple Shipment to get an estimation for Apple products. Our customer care team will contact you if any stock takes over three weeks to ship.
Digital keys / downloads will be processed and emailed within 1 to 2 business day.
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. Product availability may change during high-volume periods while your order is being processed.

Once shipped, the delivery takes between 1 to 8 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery location. During our high-demand promotions, kindly anticipate a slight delay in processing your order. Orders paid via bank transfer might require extra processing time. Delivery delays are still expected due to COVID-19, so please allow for this when placing your order.
International Shipping
Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. We do aim to be able to offer international shipping in the future, so sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, BITSmart is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if circumstances beyond BITSmart's reasonable control cause such delay, and BITSmart shall be entitled to an appropriate extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
