Important Delivery Update – Holiday and Sale Period

Due to high demand during the Christmas, Boxing Day and New Year sale period, deliveries via Australia Post and StarTrack may experience delays of an additional 2 to 5 working days.

Orders placed on or after 23rd December 2025 will be dispatched on 7th January 2026.

Please note: Our warehouses will be closed from 24th December 2025 and will reopen on 5th January 2026. During this holiday period, we will operate with limited staffing and will dispatch orders only for essential organisations such as hospitals and government institutions. If you require your items urgently, please contact our customer support team.

We appreciate your patience and understanding during this busy period.

Outside this holiday period, our usual dispatch and delivery timeframes are as follows:

Our shipping locations are in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth (Australia), as well as Auckland and Canterbury (New Zealand), so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Orders placed after 4:30 PM on Friday, on a public holiday, or over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders with stock on hand are processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 working days, Monday through Thursday.
  • Orders where the stock is held by a supplier will be dispatched within 1 to 3 weeks. If dispatch is expected to take longer than three weeks, our Customer Care team will contact you directly.

Please note:

Sometimes, to speed up delivery, we may transfer stock between states. While this inter-state transfer may occasionally delay the dispatch time, it helps us achieve a faster overall delivery. Our goal is always to deliver your package in the shortest possible timeframe, rather than dispatching early from a location that could take longer to reach you.

If your order is not dispatched within the stated timeframe, please rest assured our logistics team is working behind the scenes to optimise and deliver as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on delivering at a speed that often surprises our customers.

Shipping Timeframes (After Dispatch)

  • Express Shipping: Typically delivers within 1 to 4 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivers within 2 to 8 business days.

Digital Orders

Digital keys or downloads will be processed and emailed within 1 to 2 business days.

Please note that all orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high-volume periods, product availability may change while your order is being finalised.

Delivery Options - Shipping within Australia

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, which includes both the items and the packaging materials, as well as the destination. Typical Shipping Costs is between $14.00 and $80.00.

Once shipped, the delivery takes between 1 to 8 business days, depending on the shipping method and delivery location. During our high-demand promotions, kindly anticipate a slight delay in processing your order. Delivery delays are still expected due to COVID-19, so please allow for this when placing your order.

International Shipping

Sorry, we do not currently offer international shipping. We do aim to be able to offer international shipping in the future, so sign up for our email newsletter to stay up to date.

To the extent permitted by law, BITSmart is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms if circumstances beyond BITSmart's reasonable control cause such delay, and BITSmart shall be entitled to an appropriate extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
