UniFi Cloud Gateways

UniFi Cloud Gateways combine a high-performance router, next-generation firewall and the full UniFi application suite in a single device. Choose from compact desktop gateways for homes and small offices, WiFi 7 and 5G routers, rugged industrial units, and rackmount systems that scale to 100G and more than 22,500 clients. Every model runs UniFi Network, Protect, Access and more locally, and is managed from one app wherever you are.

Routing, next-generation security and the full UniFi application suite in one device, managed from anywhere.

The heart of every UniFi network

A UniFi Cloud Gateway is where your network begins. It handles routing, firewall and IDS/IPS threat protection, VPN and multi-WAN, and it hosts the UniFi applications that run the rest of your system: Network for WiFi and switching, Protect for cameras, Access for doors and more. Everything is configured and monitored from a single interface, on-site or remotely, so adding access points, switches or cameras is as simple as plugging them in.

Enterprise Scale

Built for campuses, data centres and multi-site organisations. The Enterprise Firewall Core is a 100 Gbps gateway delivering 79 Gbps of IDS/IPS throughput, capacity for 22,500+ clients and 5,000+ concurrent IPsec tunnels. The Enterprise Firewall offers 25G connectivity, 12.5 Gbps IPS routing, support for 500+ UniFi devices and 5,000+ clients, and complete high availability. Both include NeXT AI Cybersecurity.

Large Scale

Rackmount Dream Machines for growing businesses, schools and venues. The Dream Machine Beast leads the range with 25 Gbps IPS/IDS and 7,500+ client capacity. The Dream Machine Pro Max supports 2,000+ clients with 5 Gbps IPS routing and redundant NVR storage. The Dream Machine Pro and Dream Machine Special Edition each handle 1,000+ clients at 3.5 Gbps IPS, and the SE adds built-in PoE switching to power cameras and access points directly.

Compact

Desktop gateways with big-network features. Cloud Gateway Fiber brings 10G connectivity, an integrated 4-port 2.5 GbE switch and selectable NVR storage. Cloud Gateway Max supports 300+ clients with 2.3 Gbps IPS routing and optional storage for UniFi Protect. Cloud Gateway Ultra is the most compact entry point, with 1 Gbps IPS routing and multi-WAN load balancing.

WiFi Integrated and Specialist

All-in-one gateways for homes, small offices and demanding environments. The Dream Router 7 combines a 10G gateway, WiFi 7, a PoE switch and microSD storage. The Dream Router 5G Max adds full-performance 5G of up to 3.4 Gbps for primary or failover internet, alongside WiFi 7 and 10G SFP+. The Cloud Gateway Industrial is a rugged, fanless 10 GbE gateway with 350W of total system power for high-density PoE deployments.

Whole Home WiFi

UniFi Express 7 is a super-compact 10G gateway with integrated 6 GHz WiFi 7 and true 10G Multi-Link Operation. Plug-and-play setup, placement guidance and simple mesh expansion make it an easy way to bring UniFi to the whole home.

Choosing the right gateway

Start with your internet speed, the number of users and devices on your network, and whether you need camera storage, PoE or built-in WiFi. Small homes and offices are well served by the Express 7, Dream Router 7 or Cloud Gateway Ultra. Growing businesses with cameras should look at the Cloud Gateway Max, Fiber or Dream Machine range. Large and multi-site deployments call for the Dream Machine Beast or the Enterprise Firewall series.
