UniFi compact security cameras deliver 2K and 4K video, AI-powered detections and simple management in UniFi Protect. They’re quick to install and blend easily into any setting.

You might need an indoor camera for a home office, weather-resistant coverage for a front entrance or panoramic monitoring for a busy lobby. The compact line-up offers three ways to deploy: plug-and-play WiFi, single-cable PoE or a modular system that keeps only a tiny lens in view.

G6 Instant: 4K WiFi with advanced AI. The flagship of the compact range pairs a large 1/1.8" 8MP sensor with UniFi’s Multi-TOPS AI Engine. The result is sharp 4K HDR footage and on-camera intelligence, including face recognition, licence plate recognition, and people, vehicle and animal detections. A 109.9° horizontal field of view, two-way audio, 6 m (20 ft) IR night vision and a microSD slot for edge recording make it a capable all-rounder for entrances, living spaces and shopfronts. It’s IPX5 weather-resistant and runs on the included USB-C power adapter or the optional PoE to USB-C Adapter.

G4 Instant: affordable 2K WiFi coverage. The most budget-friendly camera in the collection still delivers crisp 2K video and a wide-angle view. It adds smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, plus two-way audio for talking with visitors, couriers or pets. Compact, IPX5-rated and powered by USB-C, it’s an easy fit for apartments, home offices and small shops.

G5 Flex: versatile 2K PoE. For the reliability of a wired connection, the G5 Flex carries power and data over a single Ethernet cable. It records 2K video with smart detections for people, vehicles and animals, along with 6 m (20 ft) IR night vision. Desk, wall, pole and hard-ceiling mounts are included in the box. Optional in-ceiling, pendant and Pro mounts, plus covers in black, camo, concrete, marble and wood finishes, let you tailor it to any space. With IPX4 protection for covered locations, it works indoors or in sheltered outdoor spots such as porches and under eaves.

AI Theta Pro: discreet 360° coverage for large spaces. AI Theta Pro is built for lobbies, retail floors, restaurants and open-plan offices. It separates the lens from the camera body, so only a compact lens is visible. A PoE-powered AI Theta Hub connects by cable to the 4K Pro 360° Lens, which pairs AI-powered detections with standout low-light clarity and dynamic range. The included Pro Flush Mount lets you mount the lens from the room side, so you don’t need to reach behind the ceiling or wall. For a tighter view of a doorway or corridor, the 4K AI Theta Pro Long-Distance Lens also connects to an AI Theta Hub. The AI Theta Audio module adds two-way audio.

What You Need to Get Started

You’ll need a UniFi console running UniFi Protect, such as a UniFi Cloud Gateway, Network Video Recorder or CloudKey+, with compatible storage for recordings. The G6 Instant and G4 Instant just need a power point and WiFi. You can join them to a third-party WiFi network during setup in the UniFi Protect mobile app. The G5 Flex and AI Theta Hub run on Power over Ethernet, so connect them to a UniFi PoE switch or PoE adapter.
