WiFi 7 performance. WiFi 7 brings faster speeds, lower latency and smoother performance in busy, device-heavy spaces. The Dream Router 7, Dream Router 5G Max and UniFi Express 7 are tri-band, adding the 6 GHz band for up to 5.7 Gbps over the air.

Security built in. IDS/IPS threat protection, zone-based and app-aware firewall rules, content filtering, ad blocking and VLAN segmentation come standard. An optional CyberSecure subscription, powered by Proofpoint, adds an expanded library of threat signatures with real-time updates.

Multi-gig ready. Every model has a 10G WAN port (10G SFP+ or 10 GbE RJ45) to keep pace with multi-gig internet plans, plus 2.5 GbE for fast wired devices.

Which UniFi Cloud Gateway is right for you?

UniFi Express 7: best for whole-home WiFi. The most compact gateway in the range packs tri-band WiFi 7, a 10 GbE WAN port and 2.3 Gbps IDS/IPS routing into a 117 mm (4.6") square. Each unit covers up to 160 m² (1,750 ft²). Need more coverage? Add units for plug-and-play WiFi 7 mesh with Multi-Link Operation and guided placement. Available as a single unit, 2-pack or 3-pack.

Dream Router 7: best all-rounder for homes and small offices. A complete UniFi system on your desk, with tri-band WiFi 7, a 10G SFP+ port, four 2.5 GbE ports (one with PoE) and a pre-installed 64 GB microSD card for UniFi Protect camera recording. It supports 30+ UniFi devices and 300+ connected users, and a built-in status display shows key info at a glance.

Dream Router 5G Max: best for 5G internet. This 5G router matches the Dream Router 7’s tri-band WiFi 7, 10G SFP+ port and four 2.5 GbE ports (one with PoE), then adds a built-in 5G modem with speeds up to 3.4 Gbps. Run on 5G as your main connection where wired broadband is limited, or use it as automatic failover for your existing line. Dual-SIM support adds flexibility.

Cloud Gateway Industrial: best for demanding environments. Built for warehouses, workshops and remote sites, this rugged, fanless gateway operates from -30 to 50 °C (-22 to 122 °F) and mounts on a wall, desk or rack (rack kit sold separately). It pairs dual-band WiFi 7 with 5 Gbps IDS/IPS throughput, supports 50+ UniFi devices and 500+ users, and its 270W PoE budget powers five PoE ports, including three 90W PoE+++ ports for high-draw equipment. A 128 GB microSD card comes pre-installed.
