Answer your door from anywhere, with no monthly fees

UniFi Video Doorbells for Homes and Businesses

Your front door is where parcels arrive, guests wait and most visitors announce themselves. UniFi video doorbells bring that entry into UniFi Protect, the same platform that runs your cameras, so ring alerts, live view, two-way talk and recorded footage all live in one app. Video is stored locally on your UniFi console, which means no cloud storage plans and no monthly subscription. Choose PoE for a single-cable, always-on installation, or WiFi when you’re upgrading an existing wired doorbell.

Doorbell Lite: Compact PoE Doorbell Camera

The Doorbell Lite is the simplest way to put a UniFi camera at your door. Its 5MP sensor records in a tall 3:4 frame with a 175.9° diagonal field of view, keeping visitors in view from head to toe. AI detections flag people, vehicles and animals, while IR night vision reaches 5 m. Two-way audio lets you speak with visitors from anywhere. A single PoE cable delivers power and data, and IPX5 weather resistance stands up to rain. Flat and 20° wedge mounts are included. It’s also NDAA compliant, making it a practical choice for commercial and government projects.

G4 Doorbell Pro: Dual Cameras, Welcome Display, Keyless Entry

Step up to the G4 Doorbell Pro for complete doorstep coverage. A 5MP main camera with a 155° diagonal view watches your entry, while a second 8MP camera is dedicated to parcel detection, so deliveries left at the door stay in view. Up to 6 m of IR night vision and a built-in porch light help keep footage clear after dark. A programmable display greets guests or gives couriers delivery instructions, and echo-cancelling two-way audio keeps conversations easy to follow. Built-in NFC and fingerprint readers enable keyless entry setups. Both versions are rated IPX4 for covered outdoor entries.

  • G4 Doorbell Pro: Connects over dual-band WiFi and runs on 16–24 V AC doorbell wiring or USB-C power, ideal for upgrading an existing doorbell without running Ethernet.
  • G4 Doorbell Pro PoE Kit: Runs on a single PoE cable with a Gigabit Ethernet connection for an always-on link, and includes a PoE chime for plug-and-play installation.

Smart Chimes: Hear Every Ring Indoors

Add a smart chime so every ring reaches the rooms where you actually are. The WiFi Smart Chime plugs straight into a standard power point and links automatically to your UniFi WiFi, with third-party WiFi available during setup in the UniFi Protect app. The PoE Smart Chime connects and draws power over a single PoE cable and pairs with a UniFi doorbell or door access hub. Both deliver up to 80 dB of sound.

Which UniFi Doorbell Is Right for You?

  • Doorbell Lite: The most affordable way to add a UniFi doorbell camera, with AI detections, a 175.9° view and simple PoE installation.
  • G4 Doorbell Pro: Best for replacing a wired doorbell over WiFi while adding parcel detection, a welcome display and keyless entry.
  • G4 Doorbell Pro PoE Kit: The same premium features on an always-on PoE connection, with a chime in the box.

Managed in UniFi Protect, With No Monthly Fees

Every UniFi doorbell is managed in UniFi Protect alongside your UniFi cameras and sensors. Recordings stay on your own UniFi console, so you keep full control of your footage without paying for cloud storage. Get ring and detection alerts on your phone, answer the door from the UniFi Protect app and review recorded events whenever you need them. UniFi doorbells require a UniFi console running UniFi Protect, such as a UniFi NVR or a compatible Cloud Gateway.
