Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for our Lowest Price Guarantee:

  • The product must be identical (same brand, model, specifications, and condition).
  • Prices compared must include all applicable costs, such as warranty coverage, shipping, taxes, and handling.
  • The competitor must be a reputable and authorised Australian retailer with publicly advertised pricing in AUD.
  • The item must be in stock and available for immediate dispatch both at BITSmart and the competitor.

Exclusions

Our guarantee does not apply to:

  • Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon), or non-authorised resellers.
  • Clearance, liquidation, or refurbished stock.
  • Pricing errors, special promotions, coupon codes, or bundled offers.

Important Note on Extended Warranty Coverage

Some eligible products include BITSmart’s extended 12-month warranty, giving customers a total of 24 months of warranty coverage on selected items.

If BITSmart matches a competitor’s price, and the competitor is offering only the standard 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, then the price-matched product will also include only the standard 12-month warranty. The additional 12-month BITSmart extended warranty applies only to purchases made at our standard price.

When requesting a price match, please keep in mind that BITSmart’s standard pricing already includes the added value of this extended warranty coverage, which many competitors do not provide.
