Eligibility and Conditions

• This warranty applies to all Ubiquiti products purchased from BITSmart at our standard price.
• The warranty period is 24 months from the date of delivery (12 months manufacturer's warranty + 12 months BITSmart extended warranty).
• Products purchased under a price-match arrangement receive the standard 12-month Ubiquiti manufacturer's warranty only.
• No separate registration is required. All eligible purchases are automatically covered.
• This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions, consistent with the manufacturer's warranty terms.
• This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, neglect, unauthorised modification, or normal wear and tear.

Claim Expenses

For approved warranty claims, BITSmart will cover the cost of return shipping within Australia. If you are required to send the product to us for assessment, BITSmart will reimburse reasonable postage costs upon approval of the claim. You will not be charged for repair or replacement of products covered under this warranty.

Note: Products returned as faulty or major failure under Australian Consumer Law will be tested after they are received. If testing confirms that the product is not faulty, a $52 service fee will be charged. Any shipping cost paid by the customer to send the item to BITSmart will not be covered by BITSmart. The customer is also responsible for the shipping cost to have the product sent back.

If your product develops a covered fault after the initial 12-month manufacturer's warranty but within 24 months from purchase, BITSmart will handle your claim under our extended warranty, providing fast local support and arranging repair or replacement where necessary.

If my order is price matched, do I still get the extended 12-month warranty?

If BITSmart matches a competitor's price and the competitor is offering only the standard 12-month manufacturer's warranty, then the price-matched product will also include only the standard 12-month Ubiquiti warranty. The extra 12 months of BITSmart extended warranty apply only to purchases made at our standard price. Please note that regardless of whether you purchase at our standard price or via a price match, your rights under Australian Consumer Law (including the consumer guarantees) are not affected.
