The high demand meant our stock transfer between states took longer than we planned, and this affected dispatch and delivery times. We want to make things a little easier for anyone who felt the delivery was slower than usual. If you prefer, we can also refund your shipping cost if the dispatch or delivery felt delayed.

Please note: Our warehouses will be closed from 24th December 2025 and will reopen on 5th January 2026.
