The TP-DCDC-1224G delivers a cost-effective and high-efficiency solution for those needing Passive Power over Ethernet from a 12VDC source such as battery systems or vehicles. It includes an integrated POE injector that combines power and data output onto a CAT5/6 Ethernet cable. The output voltage is consistently regulated and safeguarded.

This unit supports a common (-) and two (+) terminals for connecting dual power sources, facilitating a primary and a backup power setup. A robust metal enclosure version is available for industrial environments.

The device accepts gigabit data through a shielded RJ45 jack, providing both gigabit data output and PoE power via the shielded RJ45 output jack. It ensures power delivery on Ethernet pins 4,5(V+) and 7,8(V-). The converter is fortified with multiple protective measures against surge, short circuits, and overload. Versions are available with power outputs extending to 24W.
