The Ubiquiti UACC-Rack-12U-Wall-450-P is a fully assembled 12U wall-mount rack cabinet built for offices, retail sites, classrooms and MDU comms rooms where floor space simply isn't available. At just 450 mm deep, this slim enclosed cabinet mounts flush to the wall while still holding a full UniFi stack — gateway, switches, patch panels and UPS — behind a lockable perforated front door.

Two pre-installed 120 mm AC fans and a perforated door keep airflow moving across your equipment, while removable, lockable side panels give you full access from three sides during installation and maintenance. Finished in powder-coated white SPCC steel with a 50 kg load rating, it arrives ready to hang: no flat-pack assembly, no missing brackets, no wasted install time.

Cooling that actually moves air

The perforated front door isn't cosmetic. Paired with two factory-installed 120 x 120 x 38 mm AC fan modules, it creates a front-to-back airflow path that pulls cool air across your switches and gateway rather than letting heat pool at the top of the cabinet. Sound pressure stays at or below 50 dB(A), so the cabinet can live in an occupied office or classroom without becoming a distraction. If you need a quieter, sealed look for a reception area or retail floor, the glass-door variant (UACC-Rack-12U-Wall-450-G) is the alternative — but for anything running warm, choose perforated.

Built for walls, not floor space

Measuring 550 x 450 x 635 mm, the UACC-Rack-12U-Wall-450-P is the slim member of Ubiquiti's 12U cabinet family. That 450 mm depth is the difference between a cabinet you can hang in a service corridor and one you can't. Wall-mount hardware and grounding lugs are built in, and cable entry is provided on three faces — a large 350 x 100 mm rear opening plus 336.5 x 52.5 mm openings top and bottom — so conduit and trunking can come in from whichever direction your site allows.

Full access from three sides

Both solid steel side panels are removable and individually lockable, so a single installer can reach cabling, rear ports and mounting rails without pulling gear back out of the rack. The four-post design uses standard square mounting holes to EIA/ECA-310-E, with mounting depth adjustable from 283 mm out to 305 mm in 22 mm steps — enough range to square up patch panels, switches and deeper gateways in the same cabinet.

Secure by default

A front door lock and four side panel locks (two keys supplied) mean the cabinet closes up as a single secured unit. For shared tenancies, retail back rooms, school comms cupboards and any site with contractor traffic, that's the difference between managed infrastructure and an accident waiting to happen.

UniFi compatibility

The cabinet accepts Ubiquiti rack-mount devices up to 325 mm deep. Note that 325 mm devices require the mounting depth to be set to its 305 mm maximum, and at that setting DC power backup isn't supported due to limited rear clearance — plan for a shallower device or an alternative power arrangement if you need battery backup.
